CASUAL YARD HAND

We are looking for someone to join our small team on a casual basis at our Organic Waste Recycling and Landscape Supplies facility at Weston NSW. 

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

·         Picking ( removing rubbish from the garden organics )

·         Loading trucks and trailers

·         General yard duties including gardening and mowing

·         Assisting with Counter Sales – training will be provided

·         Weighbridge operation – training will be provided

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

·         Moderate computers skills. 

·         A strong focus on quality and attention to detail 

·         Are comfortable working in a fast paced environment 

·         Can work as part of a team 

·         Can work unsupervised

·         Are a fast learner

·         Bring a “can do” attitude to the workplace every day 

·         Are committed to safe workplace practices

STRONG CONSIDERATION WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE APPLICANTS WHO POSSES:

·         Previous landscaping/trade sales experience 

·         Knowledge of the Landscaping Products or Building Industry 

·         HR truck Licence

·         Forklift Licence

·         Landscaping knowledge

However this is not compulsory
