General Delivery Policy
ANL provides a prompt and reliable delivery service direct to your home, worksite, or other nominated address. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which delivery will be carried out to ensure clarity, safety, and mutual protection for both the customer and the company.
Delivery Options
- ANL offers delivery of products in bulk loads, bulka bags, or bagged products (20 kg / 25–30 L / 60 L).
- Delivery times are typically within seven (7) business days of order confirmation, subject to product availability and scheduling.
- Deliveries are available to most Sydney Metropolitan areas and selected regional zones. Customers outside these areas should confirm availability prior to ordering.
Delivery Location and Access
- Delivery will be made to the kerbside of the address provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- If delivery requires the vehicle to cross a footpath, nature strip, or enter private property, the customer must:
- Ensure safe, clear, and adequate access for ANL vehicles and staff;
- Accept full responsibility and liability for any damage or injury that may occur to property, driveways, underground services, or landscaping features.
- he driver retains final discretion over the delivery point to ensure safety and prevent damage. ANL reserves the right to refuse delivery if access is deemed unsafe or impractical.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure that all order and delivery details are accurate, including address, access instructions, and contact information.
- Customers (or their representatives) should be present at the time of delivery to confirm product placement and condition.
- If the customer is not present, delivery will be completed at the driver’s discretion and will be deemed to have been made in accordance with this policy.
Risk and Liability
- Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery (i.e., when the goods are unloaded or placed at the designated delivery point).
- ANL accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, deterioration, or damage to goods after delivery.
- ANL is not liable for any damage caused to property, paving, driveways, underground services, or landscaping features resulting from access or delivery activities at the customer’s request.
Delivery Fees
- Each delivery incurs a separate delivery fee, which will vary based on location, quantity, and product type.
- Additional charges may apply for multiple delivery locations, restricted access sites, or redelivery due to incorrect details or failed access.
Delivery Timing
- Delivery times are estimates only. While ANL endeavours to meet requested dates and time windows, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, vehicle availability, or other factors beyond ANL’s control.
- ANL is not liable for any consequential loss or inconvenience arising from delivery delays.
Acceptance of Policy
By placing an order with ANL, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Delivery Policy.
